Not included
- Materials and fittings beyond the standard ones, which are quoted and approved first
- Civil work — breaking or rebuilding walls, tiling, plastering
- Faults caused by existing wiring or pipework outside the scope booked
- Anything not listed above. If the professional finds extra work is needed, they add it in the app for you to approve — nothing is settled in cash at your door.
